Hiring for the leading NBFC in Hyderabad.
Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager-- SME Equipment Finance & Solar finance
Drive sales of SME equipment finance products (machinery loans) within the assigned territory.
Develop and manage a strong channel partner network including dealers, DSAs, brokers, and OEMs.
Acquire new SME customers and deepen relationships with existing clients to achieve business targets.
Lead, coach, and monitor sales executives / relationship officers to ensure productivity and target achievement.
Achieve disbursement, revenue, and yield targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Conduct credit assessment support by collecting financials, KYC documents, and coordinating with credit and operations teams.
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency levels, and ensure timely collections and risk mitigation.
Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and pricing trends to refine sales strategy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Prepare and submit MIS reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews to management.
