Position Overview:

Smart Manufacturing Operational Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with Industry 4.0 principles, including automation, IoT, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Conduct assessments to identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality across manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart technologies into production lines and supply chains.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to track progress and achieve operational excellence objectives.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement within client organizations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in smart manufacturing and operational excellence to ensure cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or operational excellence, preferably with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with smart manufacturing technologies such as IoT, digital twins, automation, and AI-driven analytics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
