Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and its ecosystem.
• Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components and front-end code.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established patterns.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to defining front-end technical strategies and standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the React.js ecosystem and broader front-end development landscape.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4-6 years of proven professional experience as a React.js Developer.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding and extensive hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query).
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).
• Proficiency in responsive web design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) or CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal to Have :
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js or static site generators (SSG).
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
• Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
