Job Description

Site Management Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction/site location. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications. Workforce Supervision Manage and guide laborers, technicians, and subcontractors on site. Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of work. Quality Control Monitor quality of materials and workmanship. Ensure work meets company standards and client requirements. Safety Compliance Enforce safety rules and regulations at the site. Ensure proper use of safety equipment by all workers. Material & Inventory Handling Track material usage and prevent wastage. Coordinate material requirements with procurement/store team. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors. Report daily progress and issues to the site engineer/project manager. Schedule & Deadline Management Ensure work is completed as per project timeline. Identify delays and take corrective actions. Inspection & Reporting Conduct regular site inspections. Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and site records. Problem Solving Identify on-site issues and resolve them promptly. Escalate critical problems to higher management when required. Client Interaction (if required) Assist during site visits and inspections by clients or authorities. Ensure client instructions are implemented correctly.
