Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily project execution, including coordinating work schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to designs and quality standards. The role requires managing teams of craftsmen, ensuring health and safety compliance on-site, and timely completion of projects. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with clients to ensure the delivery meets their requirements. Qualifications Strong project management, site supervision, and team coordination skills Familiarity with interior design layouts, materials, and construction processes Problem-solving skills with the ability to ensure quality control and adherence to project deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, designers, and team members Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in workplace safety Proficiency in basic computer applications is an advantage Relevant certifications or a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
