Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, maintaining safety protocols, coordinating with subcontractors and construction workers, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. The Site Supervisor will also provide progress reports, manage resources efficiently, and resolve any issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications

8 + years of experience in site supervision .
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma .
Experience in project management, civil engineering, and construction supervision
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Construction Management, or related field
Experience in sustainable building practices and green design is a plus
