Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor InternAbout the Role

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor Intern to support daily on-site operations across residential, commercial, and industrial renovation projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, site execution, vendor management, and client communication. You’ll work closely with the Site Engineer and Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site supervision, ensuring work is progressing as per plan and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, labour teams, and material suppliers.
• Monitor material usage, site inventory, and report requirements to the procurement team.
• Support in maintaining site documents such as daily reports, attendance, work progress photos, and checklists.
• Help in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance on site.
• Communicate client concerns or changes to the project team promptly.
• Track work timelines and assist in ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide regular updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Assist in quality checks and verification of completed works.
• Participate in measurement taking and basic BOQ understanding.

Skills & Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong interest in site execution and project coordination.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site for extended hours when required.
• Basic understanding of civil or interior execution processes (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
