The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP activities on site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met. Review and verify MEP installation work for compliance with safety and building codes. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports. Resolve technical issues and site conflicts promptly. Ensure proper documentation and communication across teams. Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum [5+] years of site management experience in MEP projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, codes, and standards. Ability to lead and manage site teams and subcontractors. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Preferred: Experience in high-rise/commercial/industrial projects. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
