Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor located in Thane, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day on-site operations, oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain quality control throughout construction projects. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with architects, interior designers, and subcontractors, as well as managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications Experience in Construction Management, Site Supervision, and Safety Compliance Proficiency in Project Management, Budget Management, and Timeline Coordination Strong Communication and Team Coordination skills Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities Knowledge of Construction Materials and Techniques Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in Architecture or Interior Design projects is a plus Ability to work independently and in team settings Show more Show less
