Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site activities, ensure compliance with design plans, manage workers and subcontractors, and guarantee that projects are completed within the allocated timelines and budget. You will maintain effective communication with clients and team members, resolve on-site issues, and monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills for managing teams and contractors
• Experience in project coordination, site management, and execution of architectural or interior design projects
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and plans
• Excellent problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors
• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design/construction projects is an advantage
