Your role at a glance:

Site Supervisor

Responsibilities you would handle:

• Understand and interpret architectural layouts, MEP drawings, and material specifications.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce as per design intent.
• Ensure quality control, timely execution, and adherence to safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, and suppliers for smooth site progress.
• Maintain daily progress reports and highlight delays or discrepancies, if any.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, and basic site logistics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Civil / Interior or equivalent experience in site supervision.
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior execution.
• Ability to read and execute drawings independently.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willing to travel or be posted at project locations.
