Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer – Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site. This role combines creative design expertise with strong project management and site supervision skills. The ideal candidate will ensure that design concepts are translated into reality, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution & Supervision
• Oversee on-site implementation of interior design plans, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site workers to maintain design integrity and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback during project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and quality checklists.
• Quality & Standards
• Ensure all finishes, furniture, fixtures, and installations meet design specifications and organizational standards.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee durability, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Uphold compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Guide and mentor junior designers and site staff, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and design excellence on-site.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design with at least 2 years in site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max) and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Location

• Pune, Maharashtra – On-site supervision required with occasional travel to vendor locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
