Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction and installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising on-site teams, ensuring safety compliance, resolving issues as they arise, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution. The role also includes maintaining documentation and ensuring that all processes meet the required standards and protocols.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in supervising on-site teams and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and execution, including the ability to manage resources effectively and adhere to timelines.
Knowledge of electrical systems, substation and transformer installation, cable laying, and power distribution networks.
Understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality assurance protocols in construction and infrastructure projects.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.
Relevant technical or engineering qualifications, with a background in civil or electrical engineering preferred.
Prior experience in infrastructure or EPC projects and knowledge of local regulations are advantageous.
