Site Supervisor

Job Summary

• Key Responsibilities:
• Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth progress of work.
• Team Management: Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Planning & Execution: Ensure the project is executed as per design, timeline, and budget.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all site protocols.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, quality checks, and resource allocation.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Approx 15,000 CTC - 18,000 CTC, Salary will be variable, which will be finalized after interview

• Fresher are also welcome.
• Two wheeler is must. **

• Salary: 15000 to 18000 CTC. Travelling Allowance extra chargeable.
