Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Supervise daily civil and interior work activities on-site, including masonry, plastering, tiling, plumbing, and finishes.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and project timelines.
• Monitor and manage subcontractors and labor workforce.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Interface with kitchen equipment suppliers and MEP teams for integration.
• Report daily progress to Project Manager; maintain site logs and documentation.

Material & Resource Management:

• Monitor material availability and usage on-site.
• Raise material requisitions and track delivery schedules.
• Prevent wastage and pilferage of materials.

Timeline Management:

• Ensure project milestones are achieved as per the construction schedule.
• Highlight potential delays or risks proactively and support resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in

  retail or QSR fit-out projects

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, interior finishing, and vendor management.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role; may require travel across locations based on project needs.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Must follow PPE and safety protocols at all times.
