Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager - Sales, based in Delhi, India. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, and lead generation. The role involves identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, developing and implementing business plans, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions for new franchisees and ensuring compliance with franchise agreements. The candidate will also need to build and maintain relationships with existing franchisees. Qualifications Franchise Sales and Franchising skills Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation Training skills to effectively train new franchisees Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
