Team Management: Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Planning & Execution: Ensure the project is executed as per design, timeline, and budget. Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all site protocols. Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, quality checks, and resource allocation. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Approx 15,000 CTC - 18,000 CTC, Salary will be variable, which will be finalized after interview Fresher are also welcome.
