Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some work from home acceptable. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, manage material supplies, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines. Additionally, the role involves quality checks, resolving any issues that arise, and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction management
• Excellent understanding of interior design concepts and principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timeliness
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve on-site issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus
