Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Incharge to supervise and coordinate day-to-day execution of Curtain Wall Glazing Works at the Godrej Manor Project. This is a project-based role (tenure up to 1 year) with on-site accommodation provided.

Project Details:

* Project: Godrej Manor – Façade & Curtain Wall Glazing Works

* Project Value: ₹2 Crores

* Labour Strength: 6–8 persons (average site manpower)

* Location: Near Manor, approx. 30 km from Palghar Station, Maharashtra

* Duration: Up to 1 Year (Project-based)

* Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

* Accommodation: Provided at Site

* Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily site operations for façade and glazing works.

2. Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Monitor progress, material consumption, and installation quality as per approved drawings.

4. Plan and schedule daily activities to meet project timelines.

5. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality standards are strictly followed on site.

6. Verify material delivery, maintain inventory, and report shortages to the procurement team.

7. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and labour attendance records.

8. Liaise with Project Manager, Engineers, and Client Representatives for coordination.

9. Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.

10. Assist in inspection, testing, and handover documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum 3–5 years experience in façade / glazing / aluminium system works.

* Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, glass installation, and aluminium fabrication.

* Ability to read and interpret drawings and coordinate with design teams.

* Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering preferred.

* Good communication and leadership skills.

* Must be ready to stay full-time at site (remote posting).

* Immediate joiners preferred.

Duration: 12 Months (extendable based on project progress)
