Site Supervisor

job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on landscape and construction sites. freshers can also apply for this job. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, civil construction practices, and the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management:
• Supervise daily site operations for landscaping and construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress against schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all work is performed to design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities or rework needs.
• Health & Safety:
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain site cleanliness and hazard-free conditions.
• Resource Management:
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and request materials as required.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for updates and clarifications.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and site logs.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Landscape Management, or a related field.(Bachelor’s degree is a plus.)
• Experience:

3+ years in landscape and/or construction site supervision.

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of landscaping (softscape & hardscape) and civil works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local construction regulations.

Basic computer skills (email, reporting software, MS Office).

• Certifications:

equivalent safety training certification (preferred).Valid driver’s license.Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment, often in varying weather conditions.
• May require extended hours and weekend work, depending on project needs.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
