The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring project execution, quality, and adherence to timelines. The role involves coordinating with workers, contractors, and vendors, managing materials and resources, and ensuring that all site operations are carried out safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities and workforce performance. Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, and specifications. Manage and coordinate site labor, subcontractors, and materials. Arrange and procure materials, tools, and equipment as required to maintain work progress. Maintain daily site records, including work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment. Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the project manager/engineer regularly. Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies. Assist in planning daily/weekly work schedules to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery. Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid work delays. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. 1 - 5 years of experience in construction site supervision (residential/commercial projects). Strong knowledge of construction methods, and materials. Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Good communication and reporting skills.
