Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Landscape Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our landscaping services and securing maintenance contracts. This role involves regular interaction with architects, contractors, and IT companies in and around Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, civil contractors, and project consultants.
• Visit IT companies, corporate parks, and commercial properties to promote annual landscape maintenance contracts.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to close deals.
• Explain landscaping design services, execution process, and maintenance plans to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure proper client onboarding.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field marketing or business development (preferably in landscaping or construction industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of landscaping and maintenance services is a plus.
