About Us:

Ali Designers & Glazers Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed aluminium façade and glazing company executing premium residential and commercial projects across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

We specialize in *aluminium windows, sliding systems, structural glazing, ACP cladding, and railing works.*

We are currently hiring a *Site Incharge* for our ongoing *Kalpataru Riveria Project in Panvel.*

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible *Site Incharge* to handle aluminium window installation, material coordination, and daily site supervision.

The role involves ensuring smooth site execution, maintaining quality standards, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage *installation of aluminium windows and glass works* at site.

- Coordinate with *factory and purchase teams* for material dispatch and requirement planning.

- Prepare and maintain *daily progress reports, attendance, and material logs.*

- Ensure *installation quality* as per drawings and site standards.

- Manage *labour teams* and ensure productivity on site.

- Coordinate with *client site engineers and project managers* for inspections and approvals.

- Maintain proper *site safety and housekeeping.*

- Assist in *billing measurements* and quantity verification for completed works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate with site management experience.

- Minimum *1–3 years of experience* in aluminium / façade / glazing works.

- Basic knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass types, and hardware.

- Ability to read simple drawings and follow work instructions.

- Strong supervision and coordination skills.

- Must be willing to work full-time at *Panvel site (Kalpataru Riveria).*
