1. Supervision/Recruitment/ Training of site workers on Railway Sites.
2. Complete Legal formalities at site related to manpower and others.
3. Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiate project fees.
4. He should be able to handle all contractors/Vendor and get the work done with the correct team spirit.
5. He should be able to get work certified raise bills and follow up on payments.
6. Prior experience in Railway Projects will be a Bonus. He should be able to maintain the site inventories/ work reports.
Must have Bachelors degree in Mechanical.
