Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work aligns with project plans and compliance standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project timelines, and reporting progress to managers. Qualifications

Strong project coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience in supervising construction or manufacturing projects, including team oversight
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control standards, and adherence to compliance regulations
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and willingness to be on-site full-time in Rajkot
Formal education in engineering, construction management, or related field; additional certifications in safety or project management are beneficial
Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is a plus
