Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. Manage labor, allocate work, and ensure productivity. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors for smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Maintain daily site reports (work progress, labor attendance, and material usage). Inspect materials delivered and used at site for quality and quantity. Resolve site issues and escalate major problems to project manager/engineer. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements. Monitor usage of tools, equipment, and materials to avoid wastage. Support in planning, scheduling, and timely completion of work. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as Site Supervisor in construction industry. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly. Proficiency in maintaining site documentation and reports.
