Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
site walk-in clients
and inbound sales leads professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units/projects
Conduct
site visits
, property walk throughs, and detailed project presentations
Explain pricing, payment plans, offers, and project specifications clearly
Manage
lead follow-ups
, negotiations, and closures to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with
CRM, legal, and accounts teams
for documentation and booking formalities
Maintain accurate
CRM records
, daily call reports, and site MIS
Build and maintain relationships with
channel partners and brokers
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely resolutions
Support post-sales activities including agreement execution and payment follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines

Candidate Profile

Minimum
4 to 6 years of experience
in
real estate site sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential projects
Strong knowledge of
site sales, client handling, and closing techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiar with
CRM systems, sales reports, and site documentation
Willingness to work at the site and flexible with working hours
Candidates
from the Real Estate industry only

Preferred Skills

Strong local market knowledge of
Mundhwa & Kharadi
Experience in handling
walk-ins, channel partners, and direct sales
