The General Manager – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the entire revenue generation function of the organization. This includes strategic planning, supervision of Assistant Managers (CRM & Sales Operations), team review, and sales milestone achievement. This leadership role plays a vital part in driving daily performance, pushing leads to conversion, and ensuring CRM, Site Sales, and Customer Satisfaction metrics are met. Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage Assistant Manager – CRM & Assistant Manager – Sales Operations ● Supervise performance of 3 Site Sales Managers and 2 CRM Executives ● Set and execute monthly/phase-wise sales targets for each project ● Ensure daily reporting, team communication, and on-time escalation handling ● Review CRM follow-up reports, lead funnel status, and sales conversion metrics ● Participate in key customer negotiations, site closures, and confl ict resolutions ● Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing revenue team ● Coordinate with the CEO for performance dashboards, weekly reporting, and strategy inputs

The role also acts as the bridge between ground sales operations and the General Manager. Key Responsibilities ● Manage, mentor, and review 3 Site Sales Managers across active projects ● Conduct weekly 1-on-1s, reporting reviews, and productivity assessments ● Step in during site-level staff absences and redistribute tasks as needed ● Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and escalated closures ● Ensure team grooming, dress code, and client-facing discipline ● Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams for lead allocation effectiveness ● Maintain site sales performance dashboards and team improvement plans ● Ensure timely reporting to the General Manager – Sales & Marketing Required Qualifi cations ● 3+ years of experience in real estate or fi eld sales team coordination ● Experience managing junior fi eld teams (walk-in handling, follow-up process) ● Tamil fl uency and basic English for reporting and communication ● Familiar with CRM follow-up logic, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp tools ● Strong people skills, team discipline enforcement, and escalation handling.
