Site Manager

As a Site Manager Interiors & Supervision, your role involves managing the execution of high-end interior works and overall site activities for a boutique hospitality project located in the mountains of Uttarakhand. You will be responsible for ensuring design implementation, coordinating with stakeholders, and problem-solving in a remote environment. Your strong aesthetic sensibility, technical know-how, and ability to manage day-to-day site operations efficiently and independently will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all interior fit-out activities such as finishes, custom joinery, wall and ceiling treatments, lighting, flooring, and furnishings. - Ensure execution aligns with architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and craftsmen to bring boutique design intent to life with precision. - Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between civil, interior, and services work. - Monitor work progress, material usage, workforce deployment, and site safety. - Conduct regular quality checks on finishes and workmanship, implementing corrective measures when necessary. Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. - 5-10 years of site experience with a background in interior fit-outs, preferably in hospitality or luxury residential projects. - Experience in remote, high-altitude, or challenging terrain is preferred. - Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings, GFCs, and services layouts. - Familiarity with traditional materials, sustainable techniques, and artisanal detailing is an asset.
