Job Description

We are seeking experienced

Site Managers

with a technical background in

Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

to oversee and manage solar project installations across sites in

Maharashtra

. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth execution of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
Manage on-site manpower and subcontractors to maintain workflow and discipline.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the central project team and provide regular updates on progress.
Monitor material movement and site logistics, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain documentation of site activities, including daily progress reports, checklists, and compliance records.
Ensure timely commissioning and handover of the project.

Key Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
4 5 years of experience in site execution or site management roles.
Prior experience in
solar projects
is
highly preferred
.
Willingness to work on-site at different project locations across Maharashtra.
Strong interpersonal and team-handling skills.
Ability to join
immediately
.
