We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Projects team across our décor and lighting brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a design-centric environment and can seamlessly manage multiple sites with precision and clarity.

Who You Are

• Experienced in end-to-end project coordination across multiple sites
• Strong in site supervision, planning, and execution
• Adept at managing vendors, contractors, timelines & resources
• A calm, solutions-first professional with a proactive approach
• Educational qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Strong commitment to quality, safety compliance, and on-time delivery

What You’ll Do

• Oversee on-site work across ongoing projects
• Ensure design, quality, and installation standards are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Maintain clear documentation and daily site updates
• Manage timelines, resources, and site readiness
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless project execution
