Site Manager

Position: Senior Civil Engineer Kaansh Infra LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage all site operations. The role involves supervising and coordinating company technical supervisors and labour agencies across multiple projects, ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and timely completion of work. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing, verifying, and following up on RA bills and final bills, coordinating with government departments and consultants for measurements, approvals, and bill clearances. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in government projects and departmental procedures are essential for this role. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects Proven experience in handling government contracts and departmental works Strong knowledge of specifications, BOQs, drawings, and measurement books (MB) Hands-on experience in RA bills, final billing, and bill clearance procedures with government departments Experience in managing technical supervisors, site engineers, and labour agencies Sound understanding of quality control, safety norms, and statutory compliances Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects independently and work under deadlines Kaansh Infra LLP is a government-registered civil contracting firm delivering quality-driven infrastructure and construction projects across public and private sectors.
