Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located in warangal. Responsibilities include overseeing daily construction site operations, managing project timelines, supervising site workers, collaborating with contractors and architects, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control during all stages of construction. The Site Manager will also be responsible for coordinating resources, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of construction management, site supervision, and building processes
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, contracts, and construction documentation
Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements for construction sites
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,interiors, Construction Management, or a related field
Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus
