Organize and lead regular meetings with local youth groups, Engage with around 200 youth Organize and support in community-based youth events, campaign, awareness drive and mobilization. Raise awareness on issues of gender equality and social norms, 30 % parents will be reached out. Share key outcomes, impacts, and learnings from these processes with the broader community. Support and conduct mapping exercises in minimum 10 communities. Identify safe and unsafe zones, especially from the perspective of women and girls. Monitor and follow up on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) findings. Ensure issues identified during PRA activities are addressed through community discussions and actions. Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation of all activities conducted in the field. Prepare and submit data and regular reports as per the project s documentation and reporting requirements. Undertake any other responsibilities or assignments given by the project supervisor or district coordination team, in alignment with the objectives of the GNLA project. Should be aware and responsible for Breakthrough guidelines.
