Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations for assigned projects. Ensure that all project activities are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule. Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules. Identify and resolve any issues or delays that could impact project timelines or quality. Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and materials. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and adherence to plans. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members and subcontractors. Ensure that all work complies with legal requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

Assessment & Planning: Evaluate clients physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities through observation and standardized assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. Therapy Implementation: Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on improving self-care, motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily functioning. Use adaptive techniques and equipment as needed. Client & Family Education: Train clients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive strategies, and home programs to reinforce therapy goals outside of sessions. Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, speech therapists, doctors, special educators, and social workers to deliver coordinated care. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, therapy sessions, and discharge plans. Prepare reports as required by the organization or funding agencies. Equipment & Environment Modification: Recommend and guide the use of assistive devices, mobility aids, or environmental modifications to support independence in daily life.
