Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project In-Charge to manage and supervise AMC works at various thermal power plant locations across India. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in operation, maintenance, and execution of thermal power plant services and must be comfortable with extensive travel to different thermal sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AMC works at thermal power plant sites, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Supervise site teams during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with client representatives, engineers, contractors, and internal teams for effective execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Manage manpower planning, resource mobilization, and equipment allocation for each site.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation such as service reports, inspection records, and daily logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical or operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure effective shutdown and overhaul execution as per client requirements.
• Prepare and submit site reports, feedback, and client sign-offs.
• Maintain good client relationships to support future business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Power Engineering etc..
• Deep knowledge of plant equipment such as Boilers, Turbines, CHP, AHP, etc.
• Proficient in handling site-level documentation, audits, and inspections.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various thermal plant sites.
• Sound understanding of safety, quality, and statutory regulations applicable to power plants.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in handling multi-site AMC contracts.
• Ability to manage vendor coordination and third-party service providers.
