Job Description

Job Profile

In this role, you would have an opportunity to own the site HR Services, Employee Engagement, employee grievance, Labour management. It includes revamping / monitoring food facilities (cafeteria, pantry), managing vendor base, supporting corporate events, budget control & external customer & vendor management.

Overall objective will be to provide state of the art HR services .

Your primary responsibility will be to upgrade and manage aforementioned HR process / services. Along with relevant experience, you will need a strong ability to drive change.

Critical factors for success in this role include - meeting employee & external customer expectations, sustaining highest health & delivery standards and use of automation for process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities -

HR Services

  • Collaborate with TA / other stakeholder to create seamless onboarding experience for new joiners •Impart site specific induction to new joiners •Provide required infra well before associates onboarding date •Manage effective exit formalities as per policies •Timely Implementing Benefit Administration: payroll/time attendance, leave, loans, medical insurance etc •Process and release all the project based incentives within agreed timeline/ accuracy.

Engagement Program

  • Drive monthly / quarterly engagement program to enhance productivity •Collaborate with stakeholders for their inputs on planning the engagement program to make it more effective as per business need • Publish relevant reports to understand the effectiveness of services and drive change.

Compliance & Budgeting

  • Timely procurement of required certification and maintenance of the same and also adherence its provisions is key to avoid any adverse reporting from related audits •Complying with regulatory requirements and liaise with competent authorities •Budget formalization and control to bring rationalization without compromising quality •Evaluating suppliers' performance and ongoing compliance in accordance with the defined parameters •Overseeing AMC for relevant services, materials and equipment.

Facility Management

  • Look after daily upkeep of office space •Look after pantry / cafeteria services for the site / project offices •Ensure daily / monthly repairs / maintenance of office •Work on space planning and allocation of space •Publish relevant reports to understand the effectiveness of services and drive change •Maintain overall facility above the standard and achieve satisfaction score above the bench marks •Procure and distribute stationery services.

Process and Service Efficiency

  • Develop and implement SOP for each of services to standardize the service level / ease of operation •Process vendor payments and control site HR budgets •Coordinate with various verticals and effectively manage the services with minimal wastage of food •Drive services in alignment with current trend and employees needs.
