  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for residential projects.
  • Lead Sales & CRM teams to achieve targets and ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Manage new project launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with HNIs, investors, corporates & channel partners.
  • Conduct market research, competition analysis, and business intelligence tracking.
  • Oversee post-sales operations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience

    in

    real estate sales (residential segment)

  • Proven track record of driving sales targets and managing large teams.
  • Minimum educational qualifications - Graduation. Post Graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
