We are seeking a highly experienced individual to head sales and marketing for our premium residential real estate project in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West . The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, lead Sales & CRM teams, and establish strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and channel partners . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for residential projects. Lead Sales & CRM teams to achieve targets and ensure smooth deal closures. Manage new project launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Build and maintain strong networks with HNIs, investors, corporates & channel partners. Conduct market research, competition analysis, and business intelligence tracking. Oversee post-sales operations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Requirements: 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate sales (residential segment) . Proven track record of driving sales targets and managing large teams. Minimum educational qualifications - Graduation. Post Graduation preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
