Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Head with 8 to 15 years of experience in front-line Real Estate sales (both Direct and Channel). The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, team handling and a strong passion for customer service and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets for assigned real estate projects. Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. Handle direct and channel partner sales activities. Handle entire team of particular project assigned Customer Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls, schedule and manage site visits. Handle customer queries and concerns professionally. Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to closure. Client Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate referrals through existing client relationships. Support the CRM team in post-agreement collections. Communication & Presentation: Deliver corporate presentations to potential buyers. Respond to enquiries through emails/letters with project details. Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Create internal weekly presentations on sales progress. Ensure timely updates in the Sales ERP tool. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in department procedures for enhanced efficiency. Candidate Profile: Experience: 8-15 years in front-line Real Estate Sales (Direct & Channel) Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
