CORE RESPONSIBILITIES a. Lead daily operations for fabrication and installation work across all active sites. b. Assign tasks and monitor performance of Site Supervisors, Fabricators, and Helpers. c. Ensure smooth coordination between factory dispatch, site readiness, and installation. d. Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain communication with project and sales teams. e. Maintain execution quality, material accountability, and on-time delivery. f. Enforce safety and discipline on all work fronts. g. Develop and follow a weekly execution plan with clear task allocation. PRE-EXECUTION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. PLANNING & SCHEDULING a. Review project BOQs and approved drawings from the Sales/Project Team. b. Prepare a site-wise execution calendar in coordination with production and logistics. c. Allocate manpower and resources to each site based on priority and volume. 2. RESOURCE READINESS a. Verify material readiness at the factory before dispatch. b. Ensure Site Supervisors are briefed with clear installation instructions and checklists. c. Coordinate vehicle allocation and loading with helper cum drivers. EXECUTION PHASE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SITE SUPERVISION OVERSIGHT a. Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress and guide supervisors. b. Validate that SOPs for installation, sealing, and finishing are being followed. c. Approve or escalate site issues such as civil readiness, material mismatch, or manpower shortage. 2. FABRICATION OVERSIGHT a. Supervise fabrication team for quality, pace, and accuracy. b. Ensure fabrication follows technical drawings and work orders. c. Minimize rework or defects through proactive quality checks. 3. LOGISTICS COORDINATION a. Ensure timely delivery of material to sites. b. Manage helper cum drivers to ensure safe transport, unloading, and site material handling. POST-EXECUTION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SITE HANDOVER a. Review final quality, operation, and finish before handover. b. Ensure client feedback is collected via site supervisor or directly. c. Sign off final job completion and communicate with accounts for billing clearance. 2. REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION a. Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the General Manager. b. Record material usage, wastage, and delivery logs. c. Maintain execution logs for each project including delays and resolutions. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT a. Supervise and guide Site Supervisors on handling team, client, and technical issues. b. Track attendance, punctuality, and discipline of all field staff. c. Identify training needs for new staff or performance improvement. QUALITY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE a. Ensure adherence to VINTCO’s quality standards and client expectations. b. Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices at factory and site. c. Investigate any on-site incidents and report to management.
