Sales Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PROJECT COORDINATION

• Initial Project Planning: Work with stakeholders (e.g., managers, clients) to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Organize and document project milestones, deadlines, and project-specific tasks.
• Task Delegation: Break down the project into smaller, manageable tasks and assign them to the appropriate team members based on skill sets and availability.
• Progress Tracking: Continuously monitor the progress of the project, ensuring that all tasks are being completed on time and according to specifications. Use project management software to track timelines and tasks.
• Problem Resolution: Address any issues that arise during the project, ensuring that they are resolved quickly to avoid delays. This may involve adjusting schedules, resources, or project scope.

2. CLIENT INTERACTION

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team. Maintain regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and clarify requirements.
• Project Briefing: Ensure clients receive clear and accurate information regarding project timelines, deliverables, and changes.
• Client Expectations Management: Set realistic expectations with clients regarding deliverables, timelines, and potential issues. Ensure that client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, ensuring that all relevant team members are available and prepared.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• Provide Assistance: Offer technical assistance to the team and clients as required, ensuring that any technical issues or challenges are resolved effectively and efficiently.
• Liaise with Technical Teams: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that all project requirements are met, and technical obstacles are dealt with promptly.
• Documentation: Document all technical issues, resolutions, and feedback to ensure that best practices and solutions are recorded for future reference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
