Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role involves technical supervision, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress. Interpret construction drawings and ensure project execution aligns with the design and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage site resources including labor, equipment, and materials. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Support in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a site engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Working Conditions: On-site presence required, with possible travel between project locations.
