Site Engineer

Job Description

· Willing to travel project location

· Manage and execute BMS/ HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.

· Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

· Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during project execution.

· Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.

· Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

· Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities for BMS/HVAC systems.

· Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and as-built records.

· Programming the DDC and commission as per the requirements

Requirements

· Design, develop, and test mechatronic systems and components, including automation systems, and electromechanical devices.

· Strong knowledge of DDC programming, BMS/HVAC systems, equipment, and components

· Strong knowledge on basic mechanical fundamentals

· Strong knowledge on basic electrical system

· Strong knowledge on HVAC systems

· Strong knowledge on BACnet, MODBUS, etc communication protocols

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechatronic systems.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
