Site Engineer

Job Overview:As a Site Engineer at Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. You will coordinate with various teams, manage site logistics, and ensure that all construction processes meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Monitor the progress of construction and address any issues or delays promptly. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution of the project. Ensure the proper use of materials and equipment on-site, minimizing wastage and ensuring quality control. Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports. Manage and maintain site documentation, including material records, quality control checks, and safety reports. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and standards. Assist in project planning and scheduling, working closely with the project manager. Resolve on-site technical problems and provide solutions to issues that may arise during construction. Ensure adherence to the budget, track expenses, and identify any cost-saving opportunities. Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and resolve any on-site concerns. Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring that the working environment is safe for all personnel. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on-site. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills:Experience with PEB structures, warehousing, or similar construction projects. Familiarity with government regulations and industry standards.
