Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The role involves site execution, billing, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards. Project Execution Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers for smooth project execution. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of works within budget. Billing & Documentation Prepare and verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and BOQs. Maintain accurate site records, material reconciliation, and documentation. Assist in cost monitoring and control throughout the project. Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Implement quality control procedures and ensure work meets standards. Conduct inspections and material testing as per IS codes/standards. Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are taken. Coordination & Reporting Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for project requirements. Provide daily/weekly site progress reports to management. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, IS codes, and construction practices. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Ability to prepare BOQ, estimates, and billing documents. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
