Operating in Kolhapur and Jaipur, we have advanced manufacturing facilities and a dedicated Creative Department for bespoke projects. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned us trust from clients in India, Asia, the Gulf, and the Americas. Role Description: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients such as Titan and others. Supervise day-to-day site work and coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors. Inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality, and safety standards. Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material usage. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and management for design changes and approvals. Track timelines and update management on project milestones and delays. Ensure optimal usage of resources and minimize wastage. Handle procurement of civil materials in coordination with the purchase/admin team. Manage on-site workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity. Identify and resolve construction issues in real-time. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management review.
