Job Summary

Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Outs

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site activities with strict adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with 

  architects, subcontractors, and project managers

   to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage resources, logistics, and site safety while ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead and supervise labor teams, enforce quality standards, and maintain compliance with HSE protocols.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain site documentation (site diaries, inspection reports, progress photos, etc.).

Requirements

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in 

  Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture

   or related field.

• Experience:

   2–4 years of relevant experience in 

  interior fit-out site execution

  .

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of 

  interior construction methods, materials, and finishes

  .
• Excellent 

  leadership, problem-solving, and communication

   skills.
• Proficiency in 

  MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management software

  .
• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities.

• Other:

   Must own a vehicle for site commuting.
