About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer – HVAC with 5–6 years of construction experience in GCC and India to manage HVAC works on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to ensure HVAC installations and commissioning are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning works on-site.
• Review and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.
• Assist in planning, material management, and scheduling of HVAC works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of HVAC installations and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of HVAC/construction experience in GCC and India (mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC design software is a plus.
