Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Site Engineer at Hailstone Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate structural engineering requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards, managing construction activities, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project objectives effectively. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders, along with problem-solving for operational improvements.

Qualifications

Experience and expertise in on-site management and civil engineering practices
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams
Knowledge and application of quality control processes and standards in construction
Competency in structural engineering principles and techniques
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical or electrical related field
Familiarity with environmental and engineering standards is an advantage
Previous on-site experience in mining, aggregate, or related industries is preferred
