Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with around 1 year of on-site experience who can independently handle day-to-day site supervision, quality control, and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. The candidate should be passionate about construction, technically sound, and eager to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to maintain smooth progress at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site documentation.
Verify material quality and ensure construction work meets company and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with the project manager and design team regarding site updates, requirements, and issues.
Monitor timelines and assist in planning and scheduling project stages.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental norms at the site.
Support quantity estimation, measurements, and billing verification.

Required Qualifications

Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial site execution.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and material specifications.
Basic understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site-level drawings.
Familiarity with construction standards and procedures.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Commitment to deadlines and quality delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
